I'm Eric Jeffrey Kaufman

I’m Eric, a seasoned professional with over four decades of experience in commercial real estate, from financing and development to management and advisory roles. I’ve been at the forefront of billion-dollar transactions and co-led the conversion of 1100 apartments into co-operatives and condominiums.

I’m also an author, with the “Awakening Trilogy” exploring a future world and “Radushka: The Maelstrom,” a gripping political novel.

In 2013, I co-founded The Natural Resilience Fund (NRF) as a public charity, dedicated to developing innovative financing strategies to combat the impacts of climate change on human life, real estate, infrastructure, and natural systems.

Currently, my passion lies in financing renewable energy projects, with a focus on sustainability and resilience. I offer talks on these subjects to help organizations achieve their decarbonization goals. My life’s work is dedicated to making a positive impact on our world.

 

My mission also revolves around financing substantial renewable energy projects. I actively seek approved projects while also offering consultation in select cases for a mutually agreeable donation to navigate the approval process.
